Note! Domain names (htfc.org) and subdomain names (kiva.htfc.org) are not case sensitive (all uppercase is the same as lowercase). So if you want the teamname.htfc.org subdomain to work, you should write the teamname in lowercase only. The filesystem htfc.org uses IS case sensitive and will stay that way because some users wish to use address like htfc.org/TeamName. The possibility to use upper/lowercase is more important to them than the working subdomain, and that's okay with me.
